The activity will continue in the period from February to July 2017. It will be focused on the comparison of approaches to forest management, summarization of evaluation results and comparison of legislation with project results and other measures (management plans). Principles of forest management and usability of wood will be formulated with a basis being the analysis of local natural conditions (inventory of forest ecosystems).
These outputs will be elaborated in general sense so that they could be possibly applied also in other regions of Georgia. Following this activity, members of the target group will be trained (linkage to Output 1.4). Towards the end of the project, a final report will be prepared with the time table of the solutions of all project activities and a summary of all outputs (elaborated FMPs, set of thematic maps, publications, abstracts, presentations at conferences etc. – see Output 1.4).
